Ordering with A Promotional Outlet is easy. You can:
A: Order online by Searching our database (or choose from one of our featured sections) and clicking on Place Order from the Product Detail page (the page that has a big pricing column below the enlarged picture). It will then take you through the ordering process.
B: E-mail or Call (888-264-9700) us with the item #(s) of the product(s) you want to order, the quantity, # of imprint colors (or blank if applicable) and your fax # and we'll fax you the order forms for you to fill out and fax back.
C: Click Live Help below and they'll take your information and fax you the forms just like in step B above. They can also answer any questions you may have about the product or ordering process.
Once you have placed* your order we will prepare a Proof** for your approval, usually within 1-4 working days. Upon your approval production will then begin. Standard production time varies from item to item - you can ask customer service what the standard production time is on the item(s) you are ordering. Once production is complete your order will ship via Ground service, unless you specify otherwise. If you have a firm in-hand due date be sure to make that clear upon placing your order.
* All orders are paid upfront in full. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Checks or Money Orders.
** Proofs are prepared on all orders with the exception of Rush orders, Blank orders, or if the proof is specifically waived by the customer.
*** Ownership of the goods passes to the customer once we deliver them to the carrier. We will do everything within our power to help you with any situations you encounter. All of the major carriers that we work with have policies relating to these situations that you should investigate prior to placing your order. A Promotional Outlet LLC cannot be held accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of God or other circumstances over which we have no direct control
**** Setup charges apply to all imprinted orders except for exact re-orders. The website will NOT include setup in your sub-total because it is unable to determine if your order is a new order or a re-order. You will be contacted by e-mail after you Check Out for your approval, and we will not proceed without your written approval. Ask us about rush charges if your due date is sooner than standard production time will allow. Please also keep in mind that production time is in business days, and does not include time for order processing, art approval, and shipping.
