ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS Where do I send my logo? Please e-mail your art file to art@apromotionaloutlet.com. Be sure to include your Invoice or Cart # in the subject line of your e-mail so we can match it with your order. What format should I send my logo in? The ideal format is EPS (Adobe Illustrator). However, if you do not have an EPS file, we can work with just about any format that you have, including JPG, GIF, BMP, PDF, TIF, PNG, PSD, etc. Don't worry if the file is not in the color you want - you will just need to tell us which imprint color(s) you want, by description, or by PMS number. You also do not need to size your artwork to fit the imprint area - we will automatically scale your artwork to fit the maximum imprint area (unless otherwise instructed). What if I just want text? Just type out the text the way you would like it to look in Microsoft Word and send it to us by e-mail as noted above. You can also add your text in the body of the e-mail without using Word. What if I can't e-mail my logo? You can also fax your logo or text to 877-213-6739, just be sure to also reference your Invoice or Cart #. And if you cannot fax or e-mail the logo you can send us a hard copy by mail or courier. PMS color matching is available on many of our items (add'l charge may apply).
